Mastering Change (1 Day)
01-09-M515
Change happens. You can either be a master of change or a victim of change. You can either shape change or be shaped by change. Change can bring out your best -- and, perhaps, even your worst. Change reveals what you value and can even speak volumes about both your organization and who you are as a person.
This one-day Mastering Change Workshop will provide leaders with effective strategies and pragmatic tools to facilitate individuals, teams, and organizations in moving from where they are to where they want to be.
