| Change happens. You can either be a master of change or a victim of change. You can either shape change or be shaped by change. Change can bring out your best -- and, perhaps, even your worst. Change reveals what you value and can even speak volumes about both your organization and who you are as a person.
This one-day Mastering Change Workshop will provide leaders with effective strategies and pragmatic tools to facilitate individuals, teams, and organizations in moving from where they are to where they want to be.
Performance Objectives: Upon completion of this course you should be able to:
- Create a shared and compelling direction
- Identify the gap between where we are now and where we want to be
- Move from the “problem” to the “success” paradigm
- Move people through the stages of change
- Deal with resistance in a positive and productive way
- Build long-term ownership and commitment
- Facilitate the change “sticking”
