Registration Confirmation
As a courtesy, confirmation letters and maps are mailed approximately 14 business days prior to the start date of the class. 
  

 

Cancellations
If you are unable to attend a class, please contact your agency’s training representative. Agencies will be billed for all registered participants unless cancellations are made on or before the cancel dates. Note: Your agency will be billed for no shows. This applies to all DOP courses.

 

 

Substitutions
Agencies may substitute participants any time before the start of the class. Please contact your agency training representative or call (360) 664-1921 if making a last minute substitution.

 

 

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to the class your instructor will determine whether you are able to complete the course. Agencies are billed for incompletes at the full tuition rate.  

 

 

Billing
Your agency will be billed after the class is completed. Billing questions can be directed to (360) 664-1921.
