Department of Personnel maintains a pool of over 100 pre-qualified consultants, facilitators, and human resource specialists through Master Contracts approved by Office of Financial Management (OFM). These contractor services are available to all agencies.

Department of Personnel staff will assist you in identifying the right consultant or facilitator according to your agency’s immediate or emerging business needs. Your agency will have the opportunity to select the best fit from among the many consultants available.
