Governor Gregoire has requested all agencies to explore ideas and means for reducing redundant work in order to ensure a more efficient government. WA State Human Resources and Department of Enterprise Services have identified an opportunity to combine certain master contract management services.
Effective March 1, 2010, the master contracts for Organizational Development (OD) services has been transferred from Department of Enterprise Services to WA State Human Resources. OD contractors will still be available to agencies through master contracts, but administrative oversight will be handled by WA State Human Resources.
Beginning March 1, 2010, agencies wishing access to OD master contracts are to contact Jeri Brown, WA State Human Resources at

Agencies with existing Work Orders, opened prior to March 1, 2010, will continue to report work activities and pay any remaining administrative fee to Department of Enterprise Services. If you have any questions about existing work orders, please contact David Norman at
