Our goal is to build strong partnerships with K-12 school districts to expose youth to the importance and value of working in the public sector. Our team cultivates relationships and creates opportunities for state agencies to connect with their next generation of workers through activities such as:
- Presentations to high school students on specific career opportunities and general state employment
- Working as representatives on high school councils to promote state employment
- Giving talks or demonstrations in the class room to coach students on applying for state jobs
