Notes:

All production systems will be off-line for scheduled system maintenance
between 08:00 and 12:00 every second and fourth Sunday of the month.
Professional users are locked out of HCM on Payroll Day 4 until payroll completes.
HCM is available on holidays with the exception of holidays following day three of payroll.
Non-professional users are not locked out of HCM during payroll and on holidays.
E-Recruiting users have 24/7 system access, including payroll days and holidays.
When professional users are locked out of HCM, they are also prevented from using ESS.
This restriction is in place until the GAP 9 rewrite is complete.
Technical and functional project users are generally not locked out of HCM.
