A variety of records and information are available on the DOP website. You can use the search function to look for particular documents or information. Below are links to areas of our website with commonly requested records or information.
  • For state workforce data, such as the number of state employees: Washington State Employee Data 
  • For information on state employee salary surveys: Classification and Compensation HR Professional Tools

 

Examples of records DOP does not have:
  • Personnel files for employees of other state agencies. (Each agency maintains these files for their employees.)
  • Records related to disciplinary actions taken by other state agencies against their employees (unless a specific matter is appealed to the Personnel Resources Board.
  • Higher education workforce data.
  • Records related to interview and hiring decisions made by other state agencies.
