The Interagency Mediation Program (IAMP) is a proven alternative to help employers and employees resolve workplace disputes in a confidential, safe, and neutral environment.

The IAMP includes a pool of trained mediators forming a partnership of participating state agencies.  The program, currently Thurston County based, is limited primarily to mediations occurring in Olympia.

For more information, including participating agencies, contact the IAMP coordinator at the Washington State Employee Assistance Program, 360-753-3260, ext. 104. If your agency does not currently participate, contact your HR department for more information including a referral to your local Dispute Resolution Center.
