Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 39.34.040 requires state agencies to post by subject a list of its interagency agreements with other governmental entities. DOP has the following types of interagency agreements:

 

HRMS Service Level Agreements
These agreements are with state agencies that use the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and spell out the terms for such use and the responsibilities of each party.

 

EAP Service Level Agreements
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) has Service Level Agreements with the State of Washington and other governmental entities to help with personal or work-related problems that may be impacting an employee's work performance.  These agreements spell out the terms for such use and the responsibilities of each party.
