Our current HR governance structure includes the following groups:
Deputies’ HR Management Group
Serves as the statewide operational and policy decision-making entity on HR issues, HR Information Technology (IT) systems, and management issues.
HR Management Advisory Group
Provides guidance on enterprise-wide HR initiatives.
Cross-Agency Functional Team
Guides the decisions regarding the state’s Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
Interagency Online Recruiting System (OLRS) Advisory Team
Ensure OLRS system and enhancements best meet the global needs of state job seekers and state agency recruiters.
Issue-specific Groups
Subject-matter expert groups meet regularly and focus on specific areas of human resources. These include:
