| This course provides an approach for managers to be able to identify problems, examining them from various perspectives, and work to a solution. The course also examines working with diverse viewpoints and coming to decisions that are durable. Through hands-on activities, you will learn practical, well-tested skills for problem solving and decision making.
Performance Objectives: Upon completion of this course you should be able to:
- Identify a problem and use a problem solving tool to address it.
- Apply a decision making model that will produce durable decisions.
- Work through complex issues that appear as paradoxes or ethical dilemmas.
- Identify the opportunity that conflicting opinions provide.
