| In today’s complex world, managers increasingly face the challenge of supervising people who do not work nearby. In this workshop, participants will learn skills in supervising people who are separated from their managers.

- Demonstrate techniques that allow them to help people at long distance to feel like they are integral parts of the team.
- Demonstrate skills in keeping things under control at long distance.
- Demonstrate an ability to measure the results of employees who work in different locations, work different hours, or work a flexible schedule.
