Mid-Management Leadership Academy (7 Days)

The Mid-Management Leadership Academy (MMLA) supports performance management and leadership competencies among state managers. The academy begins with a four-day session, followed by a one month project. The final three days will cover additional skill development and project presentations.

    The Academy, based on understanding people’s strengths is highly interactive, project anchored, and specifically intended for participants to develop and practice high performance management skills. We partner with senior leaders to assure the best applied management learning possible. The core leadership program focuses on building a strength-based culture and building leadership competencies.
