Reporting Timeline | Process | GMAP

  • Please note: In an effort to streamline reporting requirements, the April HR Management Report has been suspended for the 2009-2011 biennium.

Reporting Timeline

Each agency with more than 100 employees is required to submit its HR Management Report to the Department of Personnel semi-annually - each October 15th and April 15th.   The following month, DOP will present a statewide roll-up report to the Governor and all agency directors.

Reporting Process

Agency HR Management Reports address all of the state's standard HRM performance measures.  The report includes data, analysis, and appropriate action steps for these measures.

A standard HR Management Report format has been developed as a template for agencies to use.

Where do we send our HR Management Report?

Send your semi-annual agency HR Management Report to the Department of Personnel  HRM Performance and Accountability e-mail box each October 15th and April 15th.

GMAP

Agencies with scheduled GMAP forums before the Governor must submit their HRM Report to the Governor's GMAP Office along with their business presentation.  Agencies need only submit the most recent report that was sent to DOP.  For example, if your GMAP forum is in December, submit your October 15th HRM Report.  Updating is optional.
