Logic Model for Workforce Management 
A statewide logic model (PDF File) has been created that outlines, at a high level, managers’ five primary workforce management areas of responsibility as shown in the graphic on this page.  The logic model lays out the initial, intermediate, and ultimate outcomes associated with these five areas of accountability. 

 

 

 

 

The performance measures contained in the HR Management Report are derived from this logic model.
