NOTICE: On October 1, 2011, The Department of Personnel was abolished and the Office of the State HR Director was moved to the Office of Financial Management (OFM). The HR Director is located at 521 Capitol Way S. Many services once provided by the Department of Personnel moved to the new Department of Enterprise Services (DES).
