360 Assessment
The 360 assessment is created around eight leadership competencies. It is an electronic assessment of your performance by your coworkers, managers, subordinates, peers and customers. The 360 assessment is confidential and anonymous. Results are calculated and graphed for immediate review and analysis. It provides comprehensive and critical insight into individual and team leadership performance.
Strengths Workshops
“What would happen if we studied what was right with people instead of what was wrong?” – Donald O. Clifton, Ph.D.
This calls for a shift in thinking. A shift from “fixing our weaknesses” to focusing and developing our existing talents into greater strengths. This workshop helps participants identify and apply their own strengths toward improving performance- individually and organizationally.
