    • Develop initial draft and submit to client for feedback
    • Incorporate client's feedback

5. Interim Consultation

  • Submit top candidates to search committee for further consideration

  • Determine interview process and format
  • Establish interview time and location
  • Identify interview panel members and collect contact information

6. Panel Interviews

  • Schedule and confirm interview location and finalize interview questions

7. Final Interviews

  • Thorough background and reference checks on finalists
  • Review reference checks on finalists with hiring authority
  • Schedule top candidates for final interview with designated hiring authority
