Violence in the Workplace Guide
The
EAP Addressing Violence in the Workplace Guide
has been created to provide an overview of workplace violence - from abusive language to violent acts. The guide provides assistance for documenting behaviors of concern, actions to take and a sample "Threat Incident Report." There is a very useful list of Behavior Red Flags to help you determine if what you are experiencing in an employee is a threat to your workplace. There is also included a valuable section on Domestic Violence with important information to help you provide guidance to victims and perpetrators as well.
