Interagency Mediation Program

The Interagency Mediation Program (IAMP) is a shared pool of mediators forming a partnership of state agencies with Dispute Resolution Center (DRC)-trained mediators. The IAMP currently has 21 member agencies with multiple trained mediators to help employees resolve workplace conflicts. The IAMP provides a proven alternative for state employers and employees to resolve all levels of workplace conflict in a confidential, safe, and neutral environment. Created in 1998 to address workplace conflict in state agencies, the Interagency Mediation Program is currently Thurston County based and limited primarily to mediations occurring in Olympia.
The Washington State EAP is committed to ensuring access and effective communication to all clients. If you are an employee with a disability and need reasonable accomodation, please notify the EAP office serving your location.
TDD/TTY users, please call via WA Relay at 711.
