Will I know if my employee came to EAP?
No, except for certain state and federal laws of confidentiality the program is absolutely confidential. However, if you referred your employee due to work performance problems and contacted the EAP prior to the employee calling the EAP, we are required to let you know that the employee came in but we do not share any other information. Work performance problems can be related to attendance, conduct, quality and/or quantity of work that is required.
