What can I expect when I call or visit EAP?
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides a confidential place to talk about the issues that are affecting you, your family, or the workplace. Employee Assistance (EA) professionals are qualified to provide individual assessment and consultation. They will assist with short-term problem solving or provide referrals to resources that will best meet your needs.

To schedule an appointment, please call the nearest EAP regional office:
  • Olympia:     360-753-3260
  • Seattle:       206-281-6315
  • Spokane:    509-482-3686
  • Toll-free:   1-877-313-4455
TTD/TTY users, please call via WA Relay at 711

It is helpful if you complete the Client Intake Packet and bring it with you when you meet with the EA professional.
