Living with Change
Change can create workplace conflict and communication problems.  Change presentations explore the nature of change and help increase understanding of the impact on individuals and teamwork.  Each presentation includes discussion of techniques and services that can help employees actively participate in their own change-management.  Participants are encouraged to develop positive strategies to cope with change.  Employees will leave a change presentation with greater insight and practical skills for effectively managing change.
