From I-5 going North

• Take the Mercer Street Exit (#167) toward the Seattle Center.
• Move to the right lane and at the traffic light turn right onto Fairview Avenue North.
• Move into the middle lane and at the traffic light turn left onto Valley Street.
• Remain in the middle lane and continue straight through the traffic light crossing over Westlake Avenue (Valley Street becomes Broad Street and the middle lane becomes the right lane).
• Continue on Broad Street in the right lane through the traffic light crossing over 9th Street North. Immediately turn a slight right onto Roy Street (Buca di Beppo Italian restaurant is on the corner).
• Continue two blocks, moving past 8th Street North, to the intersection of Roy Street and Dexter Avenue North.
• Turn right at the traffic light and immediately turn left into the ground level parking under the beige building – 701 Dexter Avenue North.

From I-5 going South

From Aurora (Highway 99) going North

• Following Aurora Avenue (Highway 99) going northbound, take the Aloha Street Exit. (This is three exits after Mercer Street).
• Turn right and then turn right again onto Dexter at the light at bottom of the hill.
• Follow two blocks and the office will be on your right hand side (corner of Dexter and Roy Street).
• Turn into parking garage under building.

From Aurora (Highway 99) going South

• Follow Aurora Avenue (Highway 99) going southbound.
• Go over the Aurora Bridge, and take the second right turn after the bridge (you will see and “Exit” sign and a street sign for “Wheeler Street”).
• Follow the road under Aurora and keep going.
• At the “Yield” sign, turn right onto Dexter Avenue North. Follow Dexter for the next several blocks.
• After you pass over Valley Street, the office will be on your right hand side (corner of Dexter and Roy Street). Turn into parking garage under building.

Parking – There is “visitor” parking in the street level garage underneath the building. Parking is also available along Dexter Avenue.

 

 

 

Bus Information

• Metro Bus Routes 26 and 28 travel both directions (North & South) on Dexter Avenue North, and both stop about ½ block from the office (corner of Dexter and Roy Street).
• Metro Bus Route 17 travels southbound along 9th Avenue North and northbound along Westlake Avenue North. Both directions of Bus Route 17 stop at West Mercer Street. Walk West on Mercer to Dexter Avenue North. Turn right onto Dexter and the office is 1-1/2 blocks down on the left hand side (corner of Dexter and Roy Street).
