The Washington State Department of Personnel (DOP) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) seeks to contract with qualified behavioral health, substance abuse, or Employee Assistance Professionals to provide employee assistance services at several locations in Washington State.

The EAP helps employees with personal or work-related problems that may be impacting their work performance. The client population includes employees of Washington State, other governmental entities, higher education institutions and their eligible family members.

Types of services sought:
The EAP refers clients to professional providers for assessment, face-to-face short-term problem-solving, and for referral.

Locations where providers are needed:
Providers are needed in the Yakima, Ellensburg, Tri-Cities, Wenatchee, Longview, Vancouver, and Spokane areas.

How to apply:
If you are interested in being considered for this opportunity, you are encouraged to download the required documents, RFQ, contract and provider application. The application process will remain open until DOP/EAP determines it has enough contracted network providers in a given area or until the service is no longer needed.

Information about the fee schedule can most easily be found in Frequently Asked Questions.   It is also specified on page 1 of the RFQ, and on page 4 of the sample contract.  DOP will issue upon review and approval of the applicant’s materials.
