Plan Preparation

This program will assist human resource staff in preparing the statistical portion of state agency/higher-ed. institution affirmative action plans. It replaces the Multi-Factor Analysis Software Program (MFASYS) that was previously used for this purpose. The program consists of: 1. A step-by-step walk through the diagnostic component of affirmative action (AA) planning. 2. QUICK FIND tables reflecting AA availability data, by Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Job Categories, for Washington State overall and for its principal counties. Supporting data for the QUICK FIND tables are also provided. 3. Worksheets to assist data collection, tabulation, and formats for submission of AA Plans, updates, and Workforce Profiles. 4. Linkage to detailed occupational data that is maintained by the Labor Market & Economic Analysis branch of the Washington State Department of Employment Security.
