Semi-annually, a Human Resource Management Report is created by each agency, and by the Department of Personnel at a statewide level, to measure and monitor the state’s workforce management practices.
The reports are used by the Governor, agency directors and managers, and the Department of
Personnel to:
• identify and anticipate HRM issues impacting delivery of state services,
• enable data-driven HRM strategies and solutions, and
• improve processes and recognize HRM successes.
