| Non-disciplinary grievances/appeals filed and disposition:
For non-disciplinary grievances (represented employees): • # of grievances filed per month • % types of grievances - cumulative for the reporting time period. Categories are provided in standard report template. • Disposition roll-up - determinations or outcomes of grievances cumulative for the reporting time period.
For non-disciplinary appeals (mostly non-represented employees): • # of DOP Director's Reviews filed by category for the reporting time period • Outcomes of DOP Director's Reviews for the reporting time period. • # of appeals filed with Personnel Resources Board by category for the reporting time period • Outcomes of PRB appeals for the reporting time period. |
