Performance measures have been created for managers’ five primary workforce management areas of responsibility. These measures (summarized below) track progress toward desired outcomes described in the state’s logic model for managers’ workforce management accountability. Agency and statewide HR Management Reports show data and analysis for each of these performance measures.
